Can I request a specific starting time for my tour?
Absolutely! With my private tours, you choose the starting time that works best for you. If you’d like to experience Prague without crowds, the earlier the better—my personal recommendation is 7–8 AM. This way, you can enjoy the city’s beauty in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere before the tourist rush begins.
Where do we meet for the tour? Can you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes! Since all my tours are private, you choose the meeting point. I can meet you at your hotel and walk with you to the city center. If your accommodation is further out, we’ll travel together by tram — included in the tour — just like locals do.
How do I book a tour? Do I need to pay in advance?
Booking is easy! You can secure your spot by paying directly on my website using your card. If you prefer, I can also send you an invoice for a bank transfer, which must be completed before the tour date. Advance payment is required to confirm your booking, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience on the day of the tour.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand that plans can change! My cancellation policy is as follows:
- 100% refund for cancellations made 14 to 8 days before the tour date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 4 days before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour.
Need to reschedule? No problem — just contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
