General
A Personal Experience
All tours by Prague by Locals are designed as personal, private, and authentic experiences. Tours are created with flexibility, comfort, and genuine local connection in mind.
Guest Responsibility
By booking a tour, guests agree to behave respectfully toward the guide, other guests, local people, and visited locations. Prague by Locals reserves the right to end a tour without refund in cases of unsafe, inappropriate, or seriously disruptive behaviour.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to have valid travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, accidents, and personal belongings. Prague by Locals cannot be held financially responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or unexpected events during the experience.
Age Policy
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tours involving alcohol are limited to guests aged 18 and over.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation policy:
• 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour• 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days before the tour• No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour
If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact Prague by Locals as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative date.
Health & Accessibility
Tours often include walking on cobblestone streets, stairs, and occasional hills. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
If walking or mobility is a concern, please mention this in advance. Alternative arrangements, including private transport, can often be organized.
Medical & Dietary Information
Guests are responsible for informing Prague by Locals in advance about any relevant allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that could affect the experience.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
Guests may not participate in tours while under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a way that affects safety or the experience of others.
Acceptance of Risk
By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge that travel and walking tours involve a certain level of personal responsibility and risk.
Photography During Tours
During tours, photos or short videos may occasionally be taken to capture memories and the atmosphere of the experience. These images may be used on the Prague by Locals website, social media channels, or promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please simply inform your guide at any time, and your wishes will be fully respected.
